Our process.

 

Free Consultation.

The first step for any successful project is to spend some time in person, or over the phone, getting to know the project. We’ll discuss your vision, your taste, the functional requirements, and design guidelines. If the project feels like a good fit, we move forward onto the design.

Design.

Before we start making sawdust, or collect any payment from you, we create a virtual model of your project. This is usually a back and forth process where we will send you pictures of the virtual design, gather your feedback, update the design, and repeat. The design isn’t done until the pictures match your vision.

Bid.

Once the design is locked down we will figure out the materials and time involved in your completing your project. We will then provide you with a bid to complete the project, since the design is finalized at this point, the price will not change.

Down Payment.

When the bid has been accepted and we all feel comfortable moving forward we will collect a down payment. Typically this is the cost of the materials to complete the project. The rest won’t be due until the project is completed.

 

Build.

This is the fun part for us where your project transforms from a model on the computer screen into something beautiful and real. We typically send updates during the build process, but are also happy to keep it under wraps for a big reveal when it’s done.

Install/Delivery.

We are licensed, insured, and bonded to install any cabinetry or built-ins into your home. For furniture, if at all possible, we prefer to deliver it ourselves so we can see the look on your face seeing your piece for the first time!
